A beauty equipment distributor in Russia who had previously purchased vertical body sculpting equipment from our company approached us with a new request. They were interested in purchasing comprehensive body sculpting equipment specifically designed for fat reduction and shaping.

Through our communication and understanding of their needs, we discovered that the equipment they previously bought was effective for muscle gain but was not as effective in reducing fat for those with thicker layers of fat.

Additionally, the distributor noticed a higher demand for fat-reduction equipment in their local market and expressed a preference for more portable and agile table-top equipment rather than vertical equipment.

Taking the distributor’s requirements into account, we recommended our Portable 4-in-1 Multifunction Cryolipolysis Machine (AC-11), which would fulfill their needs. After comparing our recommendation with other alternatives, the distributor decided to purchase two AC-11 machines from us.

Following their use of the equipment, the distributor was highly satisfied with its quality and effectiveness. However, they found that the machine’s default English interface was not particularly convenient for native Russian speakers to use. As a result, they requested customization of 20 AC-11 machines to include a Russian language interface and two additional laser fat reduction plates for each machine.

Upon confirming the distributor’s requirements, we promptly contacted the user interface company to obtain the text for the interface and created a document to ensure translation accuracy. Throughout the translation process, we worked closely with the distributor to guarantee the quality of the work.

After obtaining final approval from the distributor, we instructed the user interface company to create a test version of the Russian language system, which we then installed on a machine for aging testing. Following the successful completion of the test, we submitted the interface to the distributor for their final approval and proceeded with bulk production orders.

To ensure optimal performance of the Russian language system, we also extended the aging inspection time for each machine before shipping. This allowed us to guarantee that the customized interface would perfectly match the equipment and provide an optimal user experience for the distributor’s clients.
